i found the staff really kind, they were very helpful with everything i needed. the room was amazing, the bed was really comfortable, and well kept. it was also convenient as i could easily walk into the town. It.
The building work around the hotel caused a small disturbance. It was slight but noticeable.

the kitchen had more than i expected, it was complete. they provide a welcome hamper with delicious cornish food. this setup was excellent for a midnight snack and breakfast the next day. there is no restaurant at the hotel.

the suite was spacious with a huge living room. the bow window provided a beautiful sea view. the room was decorated with great taste and everything was modern. beautifully selected linens and finishes added a special touch.

the hotel is located in beautiful grounds, perfect for exploring. it is a short walk from the south west coast path. i accessed una spa easily, great for the kids, as we only used the indoor pool.

Our suite had GORGEOUS views. The kitchen was well-equipped and the staff gave us a welcome hamper with local Cornish food, a nice touch! The grounds were beautiful for exploring. Access to the spa was easy, and the kids used the indoor pool.
The description of the hotel was slightly misleading regarding some amenities.

The location is convenient. It is only a short walk to the South West Coast Path. It is conveniently situated for accessing both St Ives and Carbis Bay. The hotel is in beautiful grounds.

The suite was spacious. The living room provided a great view of the sea. The kitchen had everything I needed.
I found the pool to be offsite. Tickets to a public spa were offered. This felt disappointing. I expected an onsite spa based on the description. It was like a building site at times.

My Suite Sea View was very nice. The bathroom had very clean fittings of very high quality. Staff was friendly and helpful too. There is a gate at the back of the hotel. It takes you to a trail. You can walk into town in about 10 minutes.
I noticed some amenities advertised online were not available. Room service was listed but not offered.
